Fix for save local using HTML5 #26

This is in response to #13. The feature recreates the functionality of the "Save" button without using Flash; instead, this uses the HTML5 Download API, turning the Save button into a link to the created image that prompts a download.

The old Flash code has been commented out, and I'm pretty sure the actual .swf file is still in a folder somewhere. I'll make any required style changes should there be any.

@rojer Seems this is affecting quite a few users, half a dozen recent reviews on the store reporting the issue too. Are you likely to merge soon? Would be great to see the fix eventually find its way into a store update.

@rojer just fixed saving locally in 4.0.1.0 da8d2481a1c1833f32b836e2f7df8e2210376b77
