draw a rectangle or an ellipse, have its internal area blurred makes blurring large regions easier

Any updates on this? I almost use this tool everyday (thanks!), but blurring with the normal brush tool is a pain.

This is done in the diigi original Awesome Screenshot version, the blur is now a rectangle you drag and size instead of a brush.
