Show only first parts for now #11

In #6 we're discussing splitting the book up into chapters on the site, and providing a nav with the table of contents.

Since for the conference we're concentrating on book 1, I discussed with Ynon the possibility of showing only book 1 for now - no need to work on a nav or table of contents (that can come later).
