Add blog post about new maintainers #106

Given that LPG is gone, it feels fair to comment on it and note that Rojo is still maintained.

@sasial-dev Sorry for immediately merging after you commented, I was in the process and it lined up poorly haha.

I think adding Boatbomber makes sense if he wants to write blog posts in the future but this is just a single blog post with a single author. Not to step on toes, but I'm not sure it matters too much who the author was.

Yeah I'm not worried about it. I might be interested in writing blog posts later, but we can add me when we get to that point. Thanks for the consideration though, appreciate it.

Would we consider including technical writeup blog posts, or are we planning to just use it as an announcement board? Could be cool to write a breakdown of how the patch visualizer works, I think folks might want to learn more about that.
