This change does the following:

A bit of cleanup, to get rid of some warnings
Guts the main logic and pulls it into a set of core functionality
Pulls the output-printing functionality out of PlaceRunner and replaces the return mechanism with a mpsc::channel() instead
Adds to the Cargo toml to expose run-in-roblox as a library
