Provide arm64 docker image #193

It would be nice if there would be also an arm64 docker image. It's running super slow on macOS machines with Docker

Hi @shyim

I will see what I can come up with. The Docker image is primarily targetted at the GitHub Action, but I build a local image also for local use.

I can make a PR if you want. I needed it also for local usage :)
