How to use it under DNS323 with flashed Alt-F-0.1RC3 ?

Hi, I have tried this tool because the original webUI for transmission really 
sucks.
but it seems don't work for me;

I have a DNS box flashed with newest firmware Alt-F-0.1RC3: 
https://sites.google.com/site/altfirmware/
I have followed the instruction to install online, restart the service, doesn't 
work,
Then I tried the offline manual method, still doesn't work. (I can read Chinese 
but write in English here to make it accessible to many others)

I also tried to browse the webUI via button by button way, or directly use URL: 
http://host:9091/transmission/web/
no luck,

my envi:  win7 pro + google chrome

Any clue?

Please check Tr  working directory in this list.
https://code.google.com/p/transmission-control/source/browse/resouces/checkfolde
rs.lst

If not, you can manually copy the contents to its working directory.
