As a player I want there to be waves of enemies spawning occasionally and are progressively stronger in order to feel challenged

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Occasionally spawn enemies depending on time
[ ] The enemies increase in strength over time
[ ] The enemies spawn a little "off-screen"
