What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.the first cutsence when starting new game
2.going at a higher level in battle mode
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black screen

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
V2.166: WiiU

Please provide any additional information below.
Story mode doesn't work when the first cutsence is finished leaves you in a 
black screen when the battle music starts
