Missing sourcemap flag #4

The build task for debugging should add --source-map to the build command, otherwise debugging goes in dist

Ah, good catch. When this was published, sourceMap was true by default. Since then, brighterscript has changed that to be false, so any new installs would cause this to generate no sourcemaps.
