This PR contains fixes for once Brighterscript#typing-phase-1 lands.

The Brighterscript version in package.json will need to be updated to whatever version is correct at the time

Closing this in favor of #91 because I need the branch to exist on the main repo so I can cut a few prerelease builds to test out in the wild.
