Auto-detect the correct rale and rdb injection point #105

In most cases, we should be able to scan the source code and:

find the entry function (main, RunUserInterface, etc...)
find the scene and screen creation logic
find the .show() method.
auto-inject the RALE or RDB tracker code right after the show.

Obviously this won't work 100% of the time, in which case we would fall back to scanning for the comment.
