Connect to debug protocol socket in parallel with sideloading/uploading the zip.
keep retrying the socket connection every 500ms until we establish a connection. This helps us to capture the output from the zip upload as soon as possible.

I tried the vsix from the comment bellow without success. The extension cannot continue the launching process of a ComponentLib on Roku OS 11.5.
