Prefixing #8

This adds support for applying a prefix to every ropm module.

This is not yet complete...just wanted to get the code posted so folks could start reviewing it.

@chrisdp @georgejecook could you take a look at my logic for the prefixer to make sure I'm properly detecting function declarations, function calls, component declarations, and the various forms of component usages? Note I'm not planning on supporting node.update() in the initial release...that'll take a little more work to safely detect those.
