This is the version with optocoupler included. The diagram can be opened with Micro Cap application. schemat

The problem with optocouplers is that the recommended forward current is about 20-50mA. The 3.3V GPIO can only withstand 16mA. So, we have to use the 5V GPIO to power the system. schemat2
