Tested. The bug is fixed - subcategory dropdown is disabled for all except "Athletics" category.

Hi Minu, sorry I didn't mention that Bing discovered an edge case bug in this PR yesterday, and I'm still working on fixing it. I'll mark this PR as a draft and will mark it as ready for review after I fix the bug.
