[BUG] Fix category name mappings

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. It looks like in the design document, one of the new event categories, Speakers & Seminars is mentioned as Seminars & Speakers in the mapping area. Similarly, the category name Receptions & Open House Events was used as Receptions & Open House in the mapping section of the design doc. This was not caught when creating the issues, and the mapping
2. This will create errors when publishing in the Events BB as the category names do not match in the above cases.

Expected behavior Change the category names in the mapping to Speakers & Seminars and Receptions & Open House Events.
