[BUG] Subcategory functionality is not working #1102
Describe the bug
When choosing a category with linked subcategories, the subcategory select option stays disabled.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Events Manager
Start creating an Event
Choose Big 10 Athletics or Recreation (both these have subcategories)
See that the subcategory select option is disabled.
Expected behavior
The subcategory option should be enabled when there are subcategories to an event category. The message displayed when the subcategory option is displayed should be updated, too.
