[FEATURE] Add COVID-19 to Wellness Resources and Favorites #2179

Following up on our Weekly discussion a few days ago. Please:

Add “COVID-19” to the “Wellness Resources” screen below “Counseling Center” and point it to Campus Guide > Health & Wellness > Covid-19
Make this new “COVID-19” wellness resource a default favorite to appear first under the “My Wellness Resources”
Move “My Wellness Resources” higher on the default list for favorite widgets. I suggest above the other Wellness favorites widgets in the “4” spot for most.

Implemented in 4.0.15.

Regarding the last request, I moved "Wellness Resources" in front of wellness widgets sub list. Please note that you will not be able to observe this as the default order is initialized once on first app startup for given user account.
