[USABILITY] Add "Report to Dean of Students" to Group Menu #4038

@RokBill has requested the following update to Groups:

  1. Go to any Group you are a member in.
  2. Tap on a post.
  3. Tap on the ... "more" menu.
  4. See the two options "Report to Dean of Students" and "Report to Group Administrators" (screenshot below)
  5. Please add the "Report to Dean of Students" to the Group-level ... "more" menu. (screenshot below) The order of the updated menu would be: Create Post, Report to Dean of Students, and Leave Group.
