[USABILITY] External link registration: do not display required text #4043

When an event admin creates an event with external link registration, please do not display the "This event requires registration" text on the event details panel (see screenshot). Stakeholders often have optional registration for events.

(This text "This event requires registration" should continue to display for in-app registration.)

@vburgett, the required phrase is removed for external registration events but for these events we now state "Registration is available for this event." or "This event provides registration..." in the info detail text because this gives some hint to the user about the meaning of the register button below (that generally has an arbitrary title). Let me know please if you want to change the wording in English for these description strings. This is available in version 5.2.8.

Thank you, @mihail-varbanov. "Registration is available for this event." works as is. Please change "This event provides registration..." to "This event has registration..."
