Describe the request:: The dining halls/dining locations are currently sorted alphabetically however, in my opinion, they should be sorted by popularity. For example all the "everybody eats at..." locations should not be prioirtized in the list compared to the dining halls.
I think an order that makes more sense should be all the dining halls, then the other foodservice locations, then then the "everybody eats at...". Also prioritizing starred locations might be nice to have as well.
