[TASK] Create Surveys UI #4243

1.5 The idea is to have a widget/panel for a list of surveys that are available to a user. If the survey has not been taken then it will be shown. In the beginning this will be for any Survey marked Public. So it is like taking a survey on an event but the user can pick the survey to take.

1 Misho, the widget for public surveys would just be a list of surveys with a show more button/link to a surveys panel. When we add a survey in event creation we show a list to select from. Same as that pretty much but only the public ones for now. Tapping on one allows the user to take that survey. Once taken it would be removed from the users list. We won't have the API for getting public surveys until after Stefan finishes the current Survey BB task he is working on.

Can you also add a field for estimated survey completion time in minutes.

1.2 Display on a new last line in the listing and at the top of the Survey Form panel, if we have an end date when a Survey Ends in JP format: "Ends: " + {Today, Tomorrow etc}

1.3 We cannot see what we filled out in a completed survey? Stephen said there is a panel for that? or maybe I misheard him.

4.1 Surveys Completed Panel, can you put the word "Completed" in red after the date on the same line at the top please.
