[USABILITY] Add "Approve All" and clean up group member panels #4268

Please add an "Approve All" link to the pending members group panel and implement the below related clean-up items.

Hi @vburgett I've implement most of the UI changes (Approve all button is added but not functioning yet. I'll hook it when https://github.com/rokwire/groups-building-block/issues/484 is Done). I also have to change the clear icon.

Approve All was hooked in version 6.0.32

Thank you, @TodorBachvarov. Can "Approve All" only display under Manage Members > Pending and Manage Members > All?
