[FEATURE] polish query limit message in assistant panel #4288

1.2 Is there something we can do about the refresh. I see it reads "5 questions available" and then suddenly 1/2 a second later the UI changes to "20 questions available". It's appears a bit like a flash. Only fix if safe.
