[BUG] Two to-do list notifications sent when to-do item is completed #4318

Today (8//26) I checked off two tasks I had on my to-do list for 8/14 and 8/16. I immediately received two notifications per task (four notifications total). Both notifications showed up under "Today" on my "Unread Notifications" but say "Sent 10/11 days ago."

I don't expect to receive a notification when I check a to-do list item off of my list.
