[USABILITY] UI Cleanup: Consistent Create and Search UX for Groups, Events, and Research

Please see the PDF for the requested updates, repeated below.

• Under Sections > Research at Illinois

• Under "Open Research Projects" and "My Research Projects," delete and replace “Create New Research Project” and “Search Research Projects” from the dropdown menu and replace each with the plus sign and search icons

• Under Sections > Groups

• Under “Groups” and “My Groups,” delete the word “Create”

• Under Sections > Events

• Under Events and My Events, line up the plus and search icons with the word “Map”
