[TASK] Dev deployements for AppConfig, ContributionsBB and catalogBB #1110

Description

Dev deployments for app config BB Dev deployment for contributionsBB Dev deployment for catalogBB

Deploy and test if all functionalities are working fine.

Acceptance Criteria

Dev deployment of AppConfig, ContributionsBB and catalogBB is complete and all BBs are working fine.

AppConfig is already deployed in dev. No changes are done after that. Refer https://github.com/rokwire/rokwire-building-blocks-api/issues/1100

ContributionsBB deployed to dev. Uses ContributionsBB task definition:23 CatalogBB deployed to dev. Uses CatalogBB task definition:16

New env variables for ContributionsBB : MONGO_CONTRIBUTION_URL and ADMIN_USERS. New variables for AppConfigBB : APP_CONFIG_MONGO_URL Will share the new variables to Terraform team.

AppConfigBB, ContributionsBB and CatalogBB works fine in dev. Will close issue once Bing confirms the receipt of email notification
