Release of AppConfig, EventsBB, Contributions and Catalog v 1.18.0

Fixes #1113 , #1112 , #1111, #1058

The issues will be closed only after successful deployment to PROD.

Hi, @minump, Events BB YAML file needs to be updated. The rest of the changes look good. I tested Contributions BB on DEV using Postman tests and Contributions Catalog by adding, editing, and reviewing a test Contribution, and all are working fine. Thanks.
