This is the same error reported in https://github.com/rokwire/rokwire-building-blocks-api/pull/1083 Can proceed to dev deployment and check. Will keep track of the previous image URI in case we need to revert.

Running in docker has a known error, as mentioned in the previous comment.
I tested running directly as I had encountered some issues when running Catalog and Contributions BB as Docker. I will get that fixed soon. Approving this PR.
I think this one probably was something to do with port access on my laptop.
