Investigate docker run errors in Catalog BB #1138

Description

Docker run for Catalog BB results in error. Hitting the end point localhost:5050/catalog results in error. This issue is mentioned in https://github.com/rokwire/rokwire-building-blocks-api/pull/1128. Need to investigate and fix docker run.

Acceptance Criteria

Docker build and runs fine for Catalog BB.
