So my proposal is to have alternative ways to toggle bypass on certain plugins. For example, I have a reverb VST that I want to be able to enable and disable at the push of a button. To allow users to use their own macro systems, you could have a system that checks for a specific input that's set by the user that turns on/off the specified plugins bypass. You could also add plugins/apps/functionality with popular apps like StreamDeck or ICUE. The later part isn't necessary if the former is done and if the former is done, its likely that some users of this software will develop their own apps for their favourite macro platforms like StreamDeck and iCUE.
Hi! This isn't an issue but a feature request.
