Selector Drawing at Non-existent Hotbar after Config Change

If the config changes, the selector does not update position.

Reproduce:

Select slot on a hotbar other than the first
Reduce the amount of hotbars in the GuiConfig to be lower than the selected hotbar (e.g. if hotbar 2 is selected reduce to 1)
