Game freeze on switching items with custom hotbar order and only 2-3 hotbars #36

Game Version: 1.12.2 Forge Version: 14.23.0.2493 Multi-hotbar Version: 3.2-build-T80

Issue: My game will entirely freeze and become non-responsive (but not crash) when switching to a second hotbar (e.g. by hitting 2 twice) with a custom hotbar order and only 2-3 hotbars enabled. This freeze doesn't seem to happen if you have all 4 hotbars visible when using the custom order, or if you leave it on the default hotbar order with only 2 hotbars visible.

I forgot to push a commit that fixes it. New builds should go out soon.
