Can not connect to server, ReportedException: Ticking player #37

On connecting to the 1.12.2 server, the server sends the client an Internal Server Error. Nothing crashes though. The server log contains this: latest.log At around line 93 I tried logging in again. It also mentions vazkii's Morpthtool, so I don't 100% know, if your mod is causing the Error.
