Does multi hotbar have a way or setting to make the extended hotbar not use my inventory and have a separate section/ spot for it?

It currently doesn't, and probably never will. for technical reasons out of control of the mod author. Not to say it isn't technically possible, but it would open a huge can of worms that nobody wants to open.

The only real chance I see of this ever happening is if Vanilla implements variable inv size, then all mods will be forced to support it.

So your saying that having a mod that doesn't use inventory for the hotbar is more harder and no one wants to do it?

Also what about making it more customized? Like instead of 9 more at a time, add 1 more at a time like have 10 slots, 11 slots et. And also make a way to disable it so when I don't need to use the extra slots, have it hidden etc so it won't be in my way?
