Menu for File Filtering #46

We need a menu so that users can select/deselect files to be included in sync'ing. At first, this can be a simple list of files. Later, we can add features such as filtering by patterns and importing settings from cvs and elsewhere.

The list of files should also be in the new project wizard, and additionally we need a way to filter/unfilter a single file in the sync context menu. We also need file icons (three states: is not sync'ed, needs to be sync'ed, and is sync'ed). Note that this issue supersedes issue #47.
