cargo build fails building libc v0.1.3 on nightly 696b7 on Linux and Windows. Could you specify which nightly builds the current codebase?

Check the forks, there are forks keeping everything up to date.

There is no prebuilt Windows binary in Releases section for mere users without compiler, alas.
