Trash confirmation option causes wrong form layout #106

There is an option in the Misc category: Move empty trash confirmation checkbox above trash items

Perhaps due to core updates to the Trash form, this option is now putting the confirm checkbox at the bottom of the form, below the buttons. Perhaps this option is no longer needed now that the confirm checkbox seems to be at the top by default?

Thanks, it's been removed in v2.0.13.
