Hangul Jamo Extended-B display issues on OS X, test on X11 and MS Win #12

Is this perchance the issue representing my problem where Emacs, OS X, with the Hana Min fonts installed, can't display 0x2b740, a CJK extension codepoint (http://en.glyphwiki.org/wiki/u2b740)? Inserting it via insert-char makes Emacs (with unicode-fonts-setup run) render it invisible.
