Push image to public GitHub Container Registry #107

GitHub has just announced a public registry for container images, where users can pull anonymously: https://github.blog/2020-09-01-introducing-github-container-registry/

Change the Build+Push workflow to push there. https://docs.github.com/en/packages/getting-started-with-github-container-registry/migrating-to-github-container-registry-for-docker-images

Related to #106 and #97.

I'd like students to be able to pull the image anonymously and run it themselves. They probably won't, but they should have the opportunity nevertheless :-D
