Migrate Travis CI #122

travis-ci.org will be closed at the end of the year, in favor of travis-ci.com https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/migrate/open-source-repository-migration

I've gone through the clicks as instructed. Not sure if everything was successful. The travis-ci.com site includes a lot of 3rd party javascript, which I don't want to enable unconditionally. I'll have to wait for the first build after the migration.

The builds for PR #123 were triggered. Results show up on the GitHub web site, logs are available on travis-ci.com.
