This is esp. important because these materials contain content around Indigenous rights, which can inspire conversations that can become charged if there is not already a shared set of guidelines around behavior and accountability.
Some notes that may become relevant to future workshop editions:
Key is that there be a reporting and response mechanism that is appropriate to the context. This would mean making it clear what a breach of the CoC is, and what consequences there are for a breach...the goal being not to punish but to maintain the safety/wellbeing of the community.
These examples have some good language. The reporting/responding to incidents process is going to look different depending on the context in which the workshop is offered.
