Problem with upgrade from 0.3.0 to 0.3.1 #808

Some time ago, I updated the camera software to version 0.3.0 (by OTA upgrade). Today, I noticed that the camera does not show the update to 0.3.1. In "online FW upgrade" is "Installed 0.3.0 - Available" and the field is empty. A restart didn't help; and the camera is connected to the internet. The wiki provides instructions on how to perform a manual upgrade. I copy the file with update to the root of sd card, rename it and press button "upgrade firmware". Nothing is happening except for the message "unable to download firmware"

If I perform the update using the standard method, which involves clearing the SD card, manually uploading files from the latest 0.3.1 update, and then restoring a backup of the settings, will all my passwords and settings be preserved?

Camera model: y211ga.

If you backup your config before the upgrade, you can restore it later. Otherwise the configuration will be cleared, with this method.
