cam no longer reachable after enabling MQTT #864

Using: v0.3.2, h52ga, SFUS

After enabling MQTT and reboot, GUI (HTTP), FTP and RTSP are no longer reachable.

Had to power off and on, to get Cam working again.

Is it a temporary issue? Now is it working?
