Add support for shared drives #3

According to Google Drive API Guide adding flag supportsAllDrives=true as a query parameter allows using file_id of a folder on shared drive.

Useful for me, maybe useful for others.

Note: GDriveConf does not support shared drives. You have to manually edit conf/gdrive_folder.conf
