Media Start Node for logged in user is not respected #4

When setting a custom Start Node for a user, this works with the legacy Media Picker but Extended Media Picker always starts in the Media Root. Reported by Sam Flanagan.

Fixed in latest commit and packaged to our as 1.0.3.
