TIdTelnet needs to trigger OnDisconnect or OnStatus when disconnected #302

TIdTelnet uses an internal reading thread, and that thread does not trigger the 
OnDisconnect or OnStatus event when the thread terminates, such as due to an 
abnormal disconnect.
