[App]: Course Statistics: Students Countries widget #2466

Describe the bug Chart label is cut off and positioned incorrectly in 886-701 px screen width range.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Course Statistics'
  2. Set the view width in range from 886 px to 701 px
  3. Scroll down to 'Students Countries' widget's bottom.
  4. See intersection of layouts.

Expected behavior The diagram signature "Number of Students" is fully readable and positioned correctly.
