Error 1114

checking plugin C:\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim VR\Data\SKSE\Plugins\EngineFixesVR.dll couldn't load plugin C:\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim VR\Data\SKSE\Plugins\EngineFixesVR.dll (Error 1114)

It isn't an SKSE plugin it requires a different loader, check the README.md you need xSHADOWMANx's DLL loader and to put the dll in Data\Plugins\Sumwunn (or use a different loader and put it in the appropriate directory)
